The products are delivered to the address indicated by the customer on the order form, the shipping costs amount to CHF 20 up to CHF 300, from which amount the shipping costs are free.
The customer is required to check the condition of the packaging of the goods upon delivery and to report any damage due to the carrier on the delivery note, as well as to the company, within one week.
The customer can, at his request, obtain the sending of an invoice with a billing address different from the delivery address by validating the option provided when ordering.
Regarding shipping, we work exclusively with Vino Transport. As soon as we proceed with a shipment, you will immediately receive an email information.
Vino Transport
To ensure optimum quality of service and delivery conditions for our wines, we have chosen to work exclusively with this small private carrier who delivers all orders without an intermediary in a refrigerated truck at 12-14°C to ensure minimum temperature variation and respect our wines. They call you before each delivery to ensure that a delivery is possible and they can arrange with you to drop off the boxes in a safe place.
Vino Transport visits the estate every Monday morning, deliveries are made during the week for the majority of French-speaking Switzerland. It is possible that due to overload or delivery route reasons, your order will be delivered the following week, but we will inform you.
Delivery problems due to the carrier
Any anomaly concerning the delivery (damage, product missing compared to the delivery note, damaged package, broken products, etc.) must be reported to us by email within two (2) working days following the delivery date. The customer can also send us a copy by mail to this address:

Delivery errors
- The customer must make any claim regarding delivery errors and/or non-conformity of the products in nature or quality compared to the information on the order form to Domaine des Petites Planètes on the same day of delivery or no later than 7 working days following delivery. Any claim made after this deadline will be rejected.
- This claim can be made to Domaine des Petites Planètes via our contact form on this site or by telephone, specifying the order number.
- Any claim not made in accordance with the rules defined above and within the time limits will not be taken into account and will release Domaine des Petites Planètes from any liability towards the customer.
- Upon receipt of the claim, Domaine des Petites Planètes will assign an exchange number for the product(s) concerned and will communicate it by email or telephone to the customer.
- In the event of a delivery or exchange error, any product to be exchanged or refunded will be returned to Domaine des Petites Planètes via our carrier Vino Transport that we will mandate ourselves to make the exchange within 15 days.
To be accepted, any return must be reported in advance to Domaine des Petites Planètes. The shipping costs are the responsibility of Domaine des Petites Planètes, except in the case where it turns out that the returned product does not correspond to the original declaration made by the consumer in the return slip.
